More and more of you are having trouble finding land with no
building codes. As BIOHOME’s will not pass any conventional codes.
THIS HAS STOPPED MANY OF YOU FROM BUILDING A BIOHOME.

I would like to suggest something to you. There is property available in
Eureka County Nevada, (where Project BIOHOME and the Earth Base Station
are located) that has no building restriction. It is beautiful high desert
land. Not much rain fall which is a good thing with the on going
radioactive fall out that is continuing to come from Japans atomic
power plant melt downs. Our world has changed, time to adjust to our
new world. You could be living among people such as yourself, who want
to be off the grid.

The benefits of living off grid are many. No on going power, water, and
sewage monthly bills. A freedom from high taxes. My annual tax
bill for 20 acres is around $14.00. More and more of you have said to me, that you
would like to build a BIOHOME but are having trouble finding land with no building codes, this may be your answer.

As this thinking of a BIOHOME village comes together, it would be
possible to create jobs, for those who would like to work. Build the components
needed to construct a BIOHOME and ship out to the world from here.
There would also be a need for people to do marketing,
accounting, all the necessary jobs needed to support this endeavor.

As we adjust to our new future, becoming as independent as you can will
give you more freedom and quality personal time for things you want to do.
If any of this resonates with you. I would like to help you achieve this goal.
Lets Talk. Please feel free to e-mail me at:
tppbiohome@aol.com

Love and light to all of you
Edward B.Dilley Sr.

Hello Edward.

I wanted to give you an up date on my Earth Base Station.( E.B.S.)
First of all I would like to thank you for all your help in the
construction of my project. You made it easy for me to built and
maintain my E.B.S. and I’m enjoying living in it very much.

The Solar Power System has performed perfectly. I have had no problems
with it and I feel confident that I can fix it my self
should a problem come up. The E,B.S. power system was not only
inexpensive to construct but is proving itself to be very reliable. I
don’t worry about power outages or romaing black outs and this is a
great feeling of secured to me.

This summer has already reached very hot temperatures. The
concrete solar mass floor has kept the E.B.S. inside temperature very
comfortable with out adding any extra cooling devices.

The structure itself has no problems going through the extreme weather
conditions we have in Northern Nevada. The Elastromeric coating on the
out side of the E.B.S. has shown no weathering at all
in the two years.

The bubble windows let in plenty of light during the day and their
solar lights create a soft moon light through out the inside at night,

My green room in on going, so not much to report there other then
it is a wonderful experience having your home grow food for you.

All in all, I would say this has been the best thing I have ever done
for myself. I now am freed up from on going bills and living with
mother nature as I wish our whole planet could do. Some day maybe.

Thank you once again for helping me to build my E.B.S. and respecting
my privacy.

Your Friend.
Mindy.

Hello Everyone.

I’m considering hosting an ongoing work shop from May through August this year to better aid those who want to live off the grid with Project BIOHOME. Here, on location at Project BIOHOME, you can get hands-on with me to give you a better understanding of how to produce your own BIOHOME. Covering geodesic frames, building a solar toilet, Airwell solar distillers for recycling water, solar dishes for extreme heat, BIOHOME bubble windows, and much much more. Or if you would just like to visit for a day, I’d love to see you here!

TO VISIT OR DO HANDS ON. The cost would be $100 per person per day, per and you must come fully prepared if you wish to stay for more than one day. Motor homes, campers, and tents are OK. No pets, drugs, alcohol or guns please.

Friends,
The above video is a remarkable YouTube presentation of the construction of domes that have a geodesic framework on a concrete foundation and are embedded in six to eight inches of polyurethane foam. Finally, they are given an exterior coating resistant to sunlight and especially its ultraviolet radiation. This is a light but strong structure that a small crew ( 3 to 4 people) can erect in a few days. The simplicity of this technology means that the costly time and labor of specialized craftsmen is avoided. So is the size of the investment conventional shelter design and construction typically requires.

The 3-dome Earth Base Station pictured here was completed in late Autumn 2009. But Project Biohome has been promoting and erecting such domes since the mid-1990′s. The idea of the geodesic dome comes from the genius of the late American inventor, Buckminster Fuller. His domes are found worldwide and include those that housed the DEW Line of frigid northern Canada as well as the giant dome housing the U.S. Exhibit at the 1967 Centennial Canadian Exhibition in Montreal. We are not particularly aware of this technology being elsewhere joined to polyurethane foam technology or the “Bubble” windows pictured here. These have special optical characteristics when filled with water or other clear liquids. They have spcial value in climate controlled growth chamber domes.

However, it now seems evident that these structures would have special value in the rebuilding of Haiti. Accordingly, we invite you to forward this email to anyone you know who is concerned about the plight of the Haitian people. One particular idea along these lines would be to locate a Haitian community in the U.S. today, train their members in methods of erecting these domes and finance their return to Haiti to form construction firms to spread the use of these techniques. The current administration in Washington is thinking in terms of hundreds of millions of dollars for Haitian relief work. Some small part of such an investment seems a reasonable undertaking for the benefit of people needing shelter NOW as well as being a contribution to the Haitian economy.

Domes have remarkable resistance to violent winds, and what would be the likely con- sequences of the next earthquake? The geodesic framework might be bent out of shape. But what would fall on inhabitants of these domes? Pieces of foam but not concrete and masonry. We welcome your comments in response to these ideas. We would especially welcome referrals to agencies and individuals likely to become involved in Haitian relief.

You can email us at tppbiohome@aol.com
